Setting up Automatic E-mail Notification

When you create a new user profile that includes a valid e-mail address, the MAP system can automatically send that user an e-mail message with:

An e-mail message is also triggered for a password reset or for changes to the user name.

Note: As an alternative to the automatic e-mail, it's possible to copy the temporary password that appears on screen when creating a single user (Manage Users feature). However, the temporary password appears only once. If you fail to copy it, you need to reset the password.
