Specifying Contact People Within Your District

Make sure your MAP®Collapsed system users know who to contact for help by entering names, phone numbers, and/or email addresses in the Contact Information box.

You may want to assign a person at each school as a contact, or assign people with specific roles to handle different types of questions. In any case, you can enter descriptive information (up to 255 characters) to direct staff members to appropriate contacts within your organization.

Steps

To modify contact information:

  1. In the left navigation pane, select Modify Preferences > Modify Help Contact.

    The text shown is placed there as an example only.

  2. Replace the default text with names and contact information for Assessment Coordinators, Data Administrators, or others that MAP system users may need to reach.

    Examples:

    For assistance with MAP reports, please contact Jane Smith at 503-555-5555.

    For issues with student information in the MAP system, contact john.jones@yourdistrict.org.

    To report a problem, please submit a web ticket.

  3. Click Save.
