Required Fields in Student Profiles

A student profile is a collection of information that uniquely identifies a student. The following fields on the profile must be completed:

• Required for testing: First Name, Last Name, Term, and Grade (flagged with asterisks)
• Required for reports: Student ID, Gender, Date of Birth, Ethnic Group, School, and Classes (flagged with the letter "R")
