About Assessment Data and Reporting

Before students can be included in MAP reports, they must:

Changes to any data other than test events require nightly processing before appearing on reports.

For RIT-based tests, only one growth test event per subject for a student in a specific school test window may exist at a time in the MAP system. If a student has more than one valid test event for the same subject and term, the test event with the lower standard error is listed in the report. Some reports include an option to display both growth test events and valid test events that are not growth tests.

Note: Tests scored by percent correct are not tied to a test window.

The role of the MAP user who is ordering reports determines which schools are available for report selection. For example, assessment coordinators and data administrators can select all schools that are active in the district, while administrators and instructors can select only schools that are active and assigned to them.
