You can add classes to a student profile from this page.
Fields include:
Name: Student’s first, middle, and last names.
Gender: Student's gender.
Date of Birth: Student's date of birth.
Student ID: Identifier used by the district to uniquely identify the student.
Fields include:
Term: Instructional term in which the student is actively taking classes. School, teacher, and class selections on this page apply to this term only.
School: School where the student is taking the class.
Instructor: Name of the teacher or classes you want to assign to the student. Type a few letters of the teacher's last name and then choose a teacher from a list.
Fields include:
Available Classes: Lists the classes taught by the teacher. Select one or more classes and click Add Class to move classes to the Classes to Assign box.
Classes to Assign: Lists the classes to be added to all listed students' profiles. Select one or more classes and click Remove Class to remove selected classes from this box. Click Add Classes to add classes in this box to the student profile.
