Student Profile - Add School

You can add a school to a student profile from this page.

Field Descriptions for Basic Student Information

Fields include:

Name: Student’s first, middle, and last names.

Gender: Student's gender.

Date of Birth: Student's date of birth.

Student ID: Identifier used by the district to uniquely identify the student.

Field Descriptions for Add School

Fields include:

Term: Instructional term that you selected on a previous page. Searches you perform from this page find active schools for this term only.

School Name: Name of existing school in the MAP system. To find the school, type at least three consecutive letters of the school name and click Search. The letters do not have to be at the beginning of the school name. No wildcard characters are accepted.

Example: Searching for "ele" finds all schools with "elementary" in their names.

School: Name of school found.
