Students Without Reporting Attributes

This operational report identifies student profiles that do not contain sufficient information to be included in MAP reports. Information such as school and class associations must be added for test results to be included in MAP reports. Information fields required for reporting, such as Student ID, Date of Birth, and Gender, are indicated on the Student Profile page with an "R."

Note: Only profiles without attributes required for MAP reporting appear on this report.

Required Roles

You must be assigned at least one of the following MAP system roles to access this report:

• Data Administrator
• Assessment Coordinator

Field Descriptions

Use the following required fields to order this report:

Term: List of terms in your district. Default setting is the current term.

School: List of active schools (set in Modify District). Use the table pagination bar to browse schools if more than 40 schools are listed. Select <No School Assigned> to identify students not associated with a school.

• Students assigned to classes at more than one school are listed under all assigned schools.
• A student with no school assignment is listed under <No School Assigned>.

Ordering a Students Without Reporting Attributes Report

Use the following procedure to order this report:

1. On the Operational Reports landing page, click Students Without Reporting Attributes.
2. On the Students Without Reporting Attributes Report page, select a term from the drop-down list.
3. Select a school or schools from the list of available schools.
   • If you select more than one school, the report includes all student profiles from the selected schools.
   • Click Select All to identify all students in all district schools.
   • Click No School to show students that are not associated with a school.

4. Click Create Report.

   The Students Without Reporting Attributes Report page appears.

Note: You can print or save this report or you may access it later through the Reports Queue.
