Students Without Valid Test Results

This operational report identifies all students who do not have a valid completed test event for a selected subject within a specific date range in the current term. The report is organized by school, grade, subject, and test.

The student must be assigned to a school to appear on this report.

Required Roles

You must be assigned at least one of the following MAP system roles to access this report:

• Data Administrator
• Assessment Coordinator

Field Descriptions

Use the following required fields to order this report:

School: List of active schools (set in Modify District) associated with the current term.

The following required fields are filters to help narrow your search. Each section has a Show/Hide control so you can expand and collapse the view of fields on the page.

Grade: List of all grades associated with selected schools. You can select more than one grade.

Subject: List of active subjects for the district. You can select more than one subject.

Test: List of tests administered for the selected subject. You can select more than one test. Results are grouped by subject if you select all tests. The report excludes any test that no student has taken during the date range.

Start Date: Defines search parameter for students without test events. This date defaults to the start date of the current term.

End Date: Defines search parameter for students without test events. This date defaults to the end date of the current term.

Ordering a Students Without Valid Test Results Report

Use the following procedure to order this report:

1. On the Operational Reports landing page, click Students Without Valid Test Results.
2. On the Students Without Valid Test Results page, in the Schools results table, select a school from the list, and then click Next.
• To include all available schools in your report, click Select All.
• If more than 40 schools are listed, use the table pagination controls to browse schools.
3. Select grades, subjects, and tests to target in the report. School selection determines which grades are available.
   
4. Enter a start and end date to find students within a particular date range.

5. Click Create Report.

   The Students Without Valid Test Results Report page appears.

Note: You can print or save this report or you may access it later through the Reports Queue.
