Resetting a User Password

You can no longer manually reset passwords for other staff users.

You can reset your own password with these steps:

  1. Enter your email and select Continue.

  2. Select Forgot password? under the password prompt.

  3. Enter your email and select Reset password.

    4. A reset link will be sent to your email from noreply@nwea.org.
