School: List of schools. Administrators may be able to select more than one school if they are assigned to multiple schools.
Grade: List of grades in the selected schools.
Subject: List of subjects.
Report Options: Use the following options to customize report information:
Group By: Always provides summary information by subject. If Test Name is specified, also provides summary information by test taken.

Student Detail Display: Shows detail information if selected. All reports have an overall summary page.
Sort Order: Specifies the order of report results for the selected grade by:
Student Name sorts students in alphabetical order.
Test RIT sorts by student RIT score in ascending numeric order.
Goal Performance Display: Shows any individual goal RIT performance data for growth tests and other valid tests if selected. The number of goals and their names is based on the specific test event. Clear this check box to exclude the goal scores from the report. This selection is available only when information is grouped by test name.
Goal Range: Includes goals for the test events by:
- Goal Descriptor translates the percentile to one of the following:
- Low: Student goal scores are lower than the 21st percentile
- LoAvg: Student goal scores fall within the 21st-40th percentile
- Avg: Student goal scores fall within the 41st-60th percentile
- HiAvg: Student goal scores fall within the 61st-80th percentile
- High: Student goal scores fall within the 81st percentile or higher
- If goal performance cannot be calculated, an asterisk (*) appears. The student may have answered too many items incorrectly, too few items may have been available in the RIT range assessed, or norms data for percentiles may be unavailable.
- Goal RIT Ranges reports the student’s goal RIT range, such as 198-213.
Small Group Display:Overrides the report summary default and reports summary data for groups of fewer than ten students with growth test scores. Because summary data for small groups is not statistically reliable, it is typically not included in reports.
Report Format: Sets the report output file type as PDF (default) or spreadsheet file in XML format.
