Inactivating a user profile prevents the user from logging in to the MAP® system. You may want to do this if an individual takes a leave of absence. When the user returns, you can re-activate the profile.
To completely remove a user from the MAP system, see Deleting a User Profile. You can inactivate a user profile only if its permissions are the same or lower than your own. You cannot inactivate your own user profile. For details on user permissions see User Roles and Permissions
