Inactivating or Activating a User Profile

To inactivate a user profile, you must be assigned one of the following roles in the MAP system:

• Assessment Coordinator
• Data Administrator
• System Administrator

Note: You can inactivate a user profile only if no grades or students are assigned to it.

1. In the left navigation pane, select Manage Users.

2. Search for the user profile to inactivate.

3. In the Search Results section, select the profile you want to inactivate.
   

4. Click Inactivate.

   A confirmation box appears.

5. Click OK.

2. In the upper right corner of the page, check Include Inactive Users.

3. Search for the user profile to activate.

   For details, see Field Descriptions for Search Criteria.

4. From the search results, select the profile you want to activate.
   

5. Click Activate.

   A confirmation box appears.

6. Click OK.

   The Search Results section refreshes. Additional options for modifying the user profile are displayed.
