User Profile - Add School

Use this page to assign a school to a user profile that has the administrator or instructor role. Assigning a school has these effects:

• Administrator: Gives the administrator access to MAP reports for the school, as well as for each class and student in the school.
• Instructor: Allows you to assign classes located at the school to an instructor profile.

Buttons

Search: Click to list schools matching the specified search criteria.

Select School: Click to add the selected school to the user search criteria.

Cancel: Click to return to the Search Criteria page without adding any schools to the search criteria.

Field Descriptions

Term: Instructional term that you selected on a previous page. Searches you perform from this page find active schools for this term only. (Displayed for instructor profiles only.)

School Name: Name of existing school in the MAP system. To find the school, type at least three consecutive letters of the school name and click Search. The letters do not have to be at the beginning of the school name. No wildcard characters are accepted.

School: Name of school found.
