Modify District

You can use the Modify District page to:

• Create and specify custom names for your district, schools, grades, programs, and ethnic groups
• Add schools, grades, programs, and ethnic groups to or delete them from the MAP®Measures of Academic Progress® system
• Activate and inactivate schools, grades, programs, and ethnic groups for a selected instructional term
• Set test window dates for a selected school

Navigation Tips

• The Modify District page has collapsible sections for schools, grades, programs, and ethnic groups. To show or hide the section contents, click anywhere on the section heading banner.
• If a section contains a large number of entries, use the pagination bar to view additional entries.

Required Roles

You must be assigned at least one of the following MAP system roles to modify preferences:

• System administrator
• Assessment coordinator

Field Descriptions

• NWEA Standard Name: Name provided by NWEA for the district, school, grade, program, or ethnic group.
• Custom Name: Name displayed throughout the MAP system. The custom name initially matches the NWEA standard name. It must be unique within the district.

You can also assign a custom name to the district.
