MAP provides various ways to find and correct issues in your data so that it appears correctly on reports.
There is a "Forgot Username or Password?" link under the main log‑in prompt. This will send log-in information to the e‑mail address that was saved in the MAP system. If the e‑mail does not appear, check the junk or spam folder.
If needed, a MAP leader can reset a password (NWEA cannot do this).
Note: Each person can also change their own password, such as after a reset. After logging into MAP, click Change Password from the bar on the top right.
