User Profile - Add/Update Term

Use this page to add or update term, school, and class information in a user profile that has the instructor role. The instructor can view MAP reports for all classes assigned for the specified term.

From this page, you can:

Field Description for Term

Term: Instructional term for which the instructor actively teaches classes. School and class selections on this page apply to this term only.

If schools have already been added to the user profile, the page includes this field:

School: Schools assigned to the instructor. Class selections on this page are limited to classes from the schools listed here.

If classes have already been added to the user profile, the fields for each class include:

Class: Class the instructor teaches. The instructor can view MAP reports for the entire class and for each student in the class.

Note: Multiple-instructor classes are assigned to multiple instructors and are indicated by the letters MI on the page. Each instructor assigned to a class has full access to the reports for the class and its students.

School: School at which the class is located.
